“Kennebec” a Foxcub Mk 1

18ft Loa  x  6ft 4in beam  x 1ft 9in draft

Nicely moulded in GRP by Copeland Boats c.1978 the Foxcub is a well mannered day sailer with good sized cockpit and a nominal 4 berths below. Bilge keels and shallow draft make her ideal for river sailing. This example has a mainsail and furling genoa, both in good condition, together with an Evinrude "Sailmaster" 4hp two-stroke longshaft outboard engine. The berth cushions are blue vinyl, and in addition there are a pair of similar cockpit cushions. In the forward part of the cabin is a simple chemical toilet. Complete with outboard bracket, anchor with chain and warp, mooring lines and fenders.

"Kennebec" has been unused for a number of years, and although clean and tidy, will benefit from a bit of TLC to prepare her for next season.
